If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Due to hygiene and quality reasons, jewelry items cannot be returned if worn or damaged.

Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
